Skilled Concrete Craftsman

• Seeking someone who can be trained into a working foreman position.
• Pay rate will be anywhere from $25-$40/hr based on their experience.
• Must have some concrete construction experience. Must have stable work history.
• Must have rebar, wire and tie gun and sledgehammer experience. Concrete finishing experience NOT required but helpful.
• Must have experience with pipe cutting saws and equipment.
• Must have the desire to be in a leadership position. Must be experienced in "layout work" and "flat.

Millwork/ Production

• Responsibilities include operating a double surface planer, rip saw, moulder and other production machinery involved in custom wood molding manufacturing. Heavy lifting and standing for long periods is required to process rough lumber through production to finished product.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in lumber production environments such as custom cabinet shops.
• Custom cabinet shops or truss manufacturing. Experience in other heavy manufacturing also considered. Will train the right person with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a good attitude. Keep production flow moving to increase productivity.
