Our client is seeking two Maintenance Technicians for their processing facility in Hawthorne, FL. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily maintenance activities related to
plant equipment. This role ensures that conveyors, screens, pumps, material dryers,
and other fixed equipment are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all
regulations. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in minimizing equipment
downtime and supporting production targets.
Requirements
Perform hands-on maintenance and operational tasks to support safe and
efficient plant operations
Schedule, assign, and oversee maintenance and repair tasks for motor control
centers, conveyors, screens, feeders, water/slurry pumps, and other stationary
processing equipment
Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and recommend
corrective actions
Promote, support and enforce safe work practices, including proper
Lockout/Tagout procedures, hazard identification, and use of PPE
Collaborate with operations to prioritize work orders and support plant reliability.
Deliver reports and actionable recommendations to Operations Manager and
Senior Leadership to support informed decision-making
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and assist with complex repairs as needed
Ensure the completion of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks by
established schedules to maximize operational productivity
Monitor and track maintenance activities using current resources; ensure the
accurate documentation of work performed
Ensure that support staff and operators possess the necessary skills and
experience to perform their duties effectively and contribute to smooth
operational performance
Train and mentor maintenance helpers, fostering a strong safety culture and
high-performance work ethic
Assist with spare parts management, ordering parts, and coordination with
vendors or contractors
Manage supply and tool inventory to minimize downtime and sustain operations
Coordinate with appropriate vendors for external support and warranties
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring equipment failures and
support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform welding, torch cutting, and grinding tasks as needed for maintenance,
fabrication, and repair of equipment and infrastructure
Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris to support safety and efficiency
Perform routine housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment,
and work areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate’s
degree in industrial maintenance or mechanical technology preferred
7+ years of experience in plant equipment maintenance within a surface
mining or heavy industrial environment
Previous experience in a maintenance role strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of material handling systems, screeners, conveyors,
gearboxes, bearings, and hydraulics
Strong working knowledge of welding machines, cutting torches and grinders
Familiarity with documentation systems and the ability to read mechanical
schematics and blueprints
MSHA Part 46 or Part 48 certification (willing to obtain).

Tig Welder-Sanford, FL
Pay: $22-$25/Hr Based on Skills and Experience
We are looking for a skilled Tig Welders in Sanford, FL to cut and join metals and other material with our client companies. A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential. Experience in Tig and other welding competencies required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
Set up components for welding according to specifications
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical,
horizontal or overhead)
Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Position Summary:
The RF technician is responsible for tuning, testing, and verifying RF filters and oscillators and ensuring they meet the customer’s expectations. The technician will tune various RF filters, including, but not limited to lumped element (LC) filters, crystal, and cavity-based filters and RF oscillators including TCXOs, VCXOs, and OCXOs. The RF technician will also perform various environmental tests to ensure compliance with the customer’s specifications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
RF Technician I:
- Able to read and follow procedures exactly as written.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (2D0-1004) including STEP-C
- Uses computer and/or manually records data as needed.
- Performs environmental testing as required which might include the following: vibration, mechanical shock, thermal shock, etc.

- Well cross-trained within their department but can also work in other departments within the filter production area.
- Ability to handle and tune all space level filters and highly difficult (high frequency) to tune models.
- For oscillator products, does set up on difficult, high frequency devices that might require multiple SOT components.
- Perform common troubleshooting for oscillator / filter products (i.e. determining incorrect component values, number of turns on coils, etc.)
- Performs full set ups for various tests including, but not limited to, IM, Phase noise, operation under vibration, etc.
RF Technician IV:
- All functions of RF Technician III
- Works with process / design engineering to suggest changes in the process or product to improve throughput, yield, etc.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting
- For oscillator products, able to troubleshoot circuits to component level using schematics and various measurement equipment.
- For filter products, this includes, but is not limited to determining grounding issues, resolving test fixture and test methods, calibration issues, and complex problems with assembly and component values.
- Periodically checks with peers or line leads to support other functions as needed.
- Mentor Junior Technicians.
RF Technician V:

- Is recognized as the Subject Matter Expert in their area.
